So, my friend Sofie invited me to a Zumba class down at our local wellness center. I never realized how out of shape I was, although I guess I should have figured that one out since the most exercise I normally get is the walk between my bedroom and the kitchen.
Anyways, Zumba - "Latin dancing in an aerobic workout kinda way" - kicked my butt! My knees and ankles are screaming at me!
P.S. - So, CBS, Ted Danson is going to be starring in CSI...add Steven Weber to the cast and I'll start watching it again
